CC.W. has prepared the following tour options that dovetail with the schedule of the 14th International p53 Workshop on October 27-31, 2008 in Shanghai, China. The tour options will allow workshop participants to purchase their round trip tickets to China using Beijing or Shanghai as an entry or exit point without additional costs for their international flights. The following tour options are open only to workshop participants, their family members, and friends. To sign up for the tour of your choice, please email as soon as possible the following information to cw@fibersphere.net: - Full name (as it appears in your passport)

- Contact information (mailing address, email and phone number)
- Passport number
- Citizenship
- Occupation
You can also submit the above information on our Registration Form. We need the above information to keep you posted on the tour of your choice and to book your flights within China. Please send your full payment payable to C.W. International Inc. at Capitol Plaza, Suite 120, 9320 SW Barbur Blvd, Portland, Oregon 97219 by June 30, 2008. Checks and major credit cards are acceptable. For tour members outside the US, please wire your payment in US dollars to C.W. International, Inc. Please contact us for wire information. TOUR OPTIONS There will be three tour options before the14th International p53 Workshop and three similar tour options after the workshop:
Pre-Workshop Tour Option 1(Pre 1):
Beijing-Xian-Guilin (including Yangshuo)-Shanghai
(October 16 to 26, 2008). $1,730 per person. Pre-Workshop Tour Option 2 (Pre 2):
Beijing-Xian-Shanghai
(October 19 to 26, 2008). $1,210 per person. Pre-Workshop Tour Option 3 (Pre 3):
Beijing-Shanghai
(October 21 to 26, 2008). $930 per person.
Post-Workshop Tour Option 1 (Post 1) :
Shanghai-Guilin (including Yangshuo)-Xian-Beijing
(October 31 to November 9, 2008). $1,730 per person. Post-Workshop Tour Option 2 (Post 2) :
Shanghai-Xian-Beijing
(October 31 to November 6, 2008). $1,210 per person. Post-Workshop Tour Option 3 (Post 3) :
Shanghai-Beijing
(October 31 to November 4, 2008). $830 per person.
The price for each tour option will include the following: · Transportation - Transportation in China includes flights between cities and private air-conditioned coaches specifically for our group in each city. Transportation will be provided for tour members between the airport and the workshop site when joining or leaving the tour. · Hotels - Rooms are booked double occupancy. There will be an additional charge for single occupancy. All hotels are four-star luxury western-style. · Meals - All meals are included during the tour in China (unless specifically noted in the itinerary.) Western buffet style breakfasts are served in all hotels. We will have our lunches and dinners at various local restaurants. · Attractions - Admission fees include all tourist attractions in the itinerary and one evening show in Xian. · Guides - A local English-speaking guide and a professional driver will be provided in each city. The tour price does not include: - International Tranportion - Tour members need to purchase their international flights on their own to fit their tour schedule.
- Gratuity - Tips for local guides, drivers, and luggage handlers at airports and hotels.
- Visa Application - Tour members will be responsible for obtaining their own visas to China.
- Expenses in Shanghai - CW is only responsible for transporting pre-workshop tour members from the airport to the workshop site and picking up post-workshop tour members from the workshop site.
- Travel Insurance - Information will be provided to those who desire to purchase travel insurance in case of tour interruption, cancellation, injuries, etc.
